Members of the executive being sworn in
President, Association of Christian Journalists of Nigeria ( ACJ), Mr Oludayo Ojewole, has called on Nigerians to seek for a God's leader.
Mr Ojewole made the call while speaking at the inauguration of newly elected executive members of Like Mind Group (LMG), a social/cultural group in Ota, Ogun state on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Omooba Hotel and suite in ota.
According to him, God's charistma is essential in governance as the God factor is missing among our political leaders.
He highlighted the attributes of a good leader, saying that a good leader must rule with compassion, accountability and transparency.
In his remarks, the outgoing president of the club, Alhaji Kamorudeen Ademuyiwa gave account of his stewardship and solicited for the support of members for the incoming administration.
In his acceptance speech, the new president, Chief Johnson Adewale, Alademehin pledged that during his tenure, the club will be taken to the promised land, adding that the outgoing president should not go out finally from the club, as the club still needs his advice and unalloyed support.
The newly inaugurated executive members are, Chief Alademehin J. A; President, Malam Elujoba Ajibade, Vice President; Malam Mufutau Kehinde, Financial Secretary ; and Chief Oluwole Mosunmola, Treasurer; Mr Azeez Olalekan, Social welfare officers; others include, Mr Abiola Rotimi, Public Relations Officer (PRO) ; Messrs Abidoye, Secretary ; Sofolahan Wahab; and Adejonrin Dauda, Vice Secretary also Mr Borisade Biodun.
