In a bid to eradicate open defecation, Mrs. Eyitayo Osifodunrin, President of Rotary Club, Maryland Chapter Lagos D9111, has initiated a toilet project to be constructed at Atan Primary Health Centre.
During a courtesy visit to Hon. Lawal Adewale Wasiu, the Executive Chairman, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Governmen in Ota, Mrs. Osifodunrin emphasized the need to support the government in improving the lives of the masses.
“The first phase of the project will be implemented in partnership with the local government, led by Executive Chairman Alhaji Lawal Wasiu”.
At the proposed site of the project in Atan, Hon. Lawal Wasiu commended Mrs. Osifodunrin for considering his local government and expressed gratitude for her support. He noted that the project will bring an end to open defecation in the area.
