A video of First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Oluremi Tinubu showing maximum respect to former senate president, Senator Bukola Saraki has become a trending conversation online.

Nigeria’s First Lady, Sen Oluremi Tinubu, paid a condolence visit to the 8th Senate President, Sen. Bukola Saraki in Lagos State. Recall that Saraki loses his mother to the cold hands of death on June 18th 2024 at the age of 88.

Since the death of his mother, the creme de la creme of the society including, Wike, Governor Adeleke, Dangote, Dino Melaye Governor Sanwo- Olu, Godswill Akpabio, Kwankwaso, and others have paid him a visit.

Recently, First Lay, Remi Tinubu paid a condolence visit to Bukola Saraki and was welcomed by the former Senate president, his wife Toyin Saraki, his younger sister, Senator Gbemisola Saraki and other family members.

However, it was a total show of respect between 63-year-old Remi Tinubu and 61-year-old Bukola Saraki. The first lady Senator Remi Tinubu who is a member of APC upon meeting former senate president Saraki showed utmost regard irrespective of the party they are as she vivdly knows that the two times governor of Kwara State used to be her president back at the Senate 8th assembly.

First Lady Remi Tinubu addresses Bukola Saraki as “Oga mi” meaning my boss and that was just the beginning. She continued by using the “Eh” sound for Bukola Saraki by saying “Eshey Ojo, egbowo” meaning “thanks for the other day sir, shake hands with me now” and the whole environment burst into laughter.
