The Ado Odo Ota Local Government Chairman, Engr, Sheriff Adewale Musa, has said, that his concern is to make his administration impactful, a promise made and kept.

The chairman said this while commissioning 12 landmark projects across the local government area last week, adding that, "mine is to serve my people".

Some of the projects commissioned include:Renovation of dilapidated Health Centre with detached toilet in Isalu, Alapoti; provision of modern toilet facility at ODC pry school, Otun, Ota;renovation of a block of 3 classrooms at Ansar-Ud-Deen Pry School, Iju, Ota.

Others are:  renovation of one block of two classrooms at Local Govt Pry Sch. Ketere, Sango; construction of ultra modern lock up shops at Atan; Development of Ilogbo, Asowo market through PPP; grading of roads across the local government area; construction of lock-up shops at Oba Adesola International market; gboko, Igbesa, renovation of AOOLG Secretariat Event Hall, completion of Oba Moshood Alani Oyede lockup shops and office opposite Post Office through PPP, renovation of AOOLG Legislative Chamber, construction of Engr. Sheriff Musa 18 lockup shops, at Oba TT Dada Market, construction of block of 2 Classrooms with office at Afobaje Community Pry School, construction of Oba (Prof) Abdul Kabir Obalanlege 106 Ultra Modern Lockup Shops at LG Staff Quarters through PPP, Establishment of Modern Lockup Shops at Ojuore through PPP and many others. 










Speaking further, the chairman  giving account of his stewardship, said on his assumption in office, that  he would not leave Ado-Odo Ota local government the way he met it. A lot of transformation has taken place. This has come to pass, he affirmed. 


Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftancy Affairs, Hon. Ganiyu Hamzat, representing the governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun (CON), expressed profound gratitude to the state governor for his unflinching support and dedication to ensure that the local government administrators performed well by giving out dividends of democracy to the grassroots. 

According to him, all the projects commissioned are the embodiment of Ogun state mantra"ISEYA".

The Commissioner gave kudos to the legistlative arms and the executives for their cooperation, adding that, traditional rulers fatherly roles, are appreciated.
