Prince Idris Olusola Lamidi-Osolo (ANIMN, MCIHRM, CPM, MIPMA) was Born on August 27th, 1988, in Ado-Odo, Prince Idris Olusola Osolo hails from the Osolo family of Okewaye Ruling House and the Arilegbolorosi of Isolo Ruling House. His father, the late Musiliu Olatunji Lamidi, descended from Oba Asade Awope Otenibotemole (1913-1927) and served as an Assistant Commissioner of Police until his passing in April 1998. His mother, Alhaja Azeezat Omolola Lamidi (Nee Agbogunlori), is a prominent figure as the Otun Iyaloja and Otun Iya Adinni of Ado-Odo, known for her expertise in the sales of clothing materials.

Prince Olusola's educational journey began in 1992 at Alamuwa Nursery and Primary School, Ado Odo, culminating in his first school leaving certificate in 1998. He continued his studies at St Stephen’s Comprehensive High School, Ado-Odo, completing his secondary education in June 2004.



His pursuit of academic excellence led him to Lagos State Polytechnic, where he earned a National Diploma (ND) in Business Studies in 2012 and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing in 2016. Passionate about education, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Crescent University, Abeokuta, in 2023. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science at the University of Lagos

Starting his career as a Trade Manager with Skystream Global Concept Limited, Prince Olusola concurrently pursued his ND and HND, completing the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Ekiti State in 2017. Post-NYSC, he served as a Business Development Officer at Gramz Investment and Assets Limited before venturing into entrepreneurship by establishing his own company, Plot4 Mega Services.

As a dedicated professional, Prince Olusola holds memberships in various esteemed Professional associations, including the National Institute of Marketing, Nigeria (NIMN), where he obtained a Chartered Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (PGD). He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (MCIHRM). Holding the title of Certified Personnel Manager (CPM), he is a Member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA).

Additionally, as a knowledge-driven individual committed to excellence, Prince Olusola has acquired numerous personal, professional, and leadership training and certifications. Under the auspices of the Young African Leaders Initiative, he has obtained professional development certificates from the US Department of State, including, but not limited to, Responsible Leadership on Transparency and Good Governance, Fundamentals of Responsible Leadership for Entrepreneurs, Workforce Collaboration and Development, Community Organizing for Action, Basics of Public-Private Partnerships, Fundamentals of Business Expansion, and Servant Leadership, to mention but a few.

He has also received training in management strategies for people and resources, as well as in developing, monitoring, and supporting youth leadership.

Prince Olusola's career trajectory, from a Trade Manager to a Business Development Officer and eventually an entrepreneur, demonstrates his ability to progress and lead in diverse professional roles. Additionally, the harmonious family life he enjoys, being happily married with three children, reflects leadership qualities in maintaining strong interpersonal relationships and balancing personal and professional responsibilities.

Prince Olusola's love for sports and youth development cannot be overemphasized. He actively participated and was one of the goal scorers at the Ileya football novelty match, tagged "Ado Odo Legends," organized by the youths of Ado Odo in 2023 at the famous Methodist football pitch.

Prince Olusola is happily married to Mrs. Taheebat Omotolani Osolo, and their union has been blessed with three lovely children. His commitment to family, education, and professional development exemplifies the well-rounded and accomplished individual that Prince Idris Olusola Osolo has become.

Judgement Day:

Fifteen princes are contesting and today Friday 9th of February, 2024, the 9 warrant chiefs constituted by the Ogun State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs are now at the Ado-Odo/ Ota Local Government deciding the Faith of the contestants by proper election as instituted by the law of the land. 

With the profile of Idris Olusola Lamidi-Osoo, he is of high advance and credible.
