Ogun State Deputy Governor, Her Excellency Engr. Noimot Salako Oyedele was at the Iju area of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government on Sunday 17th of September, 2023 where she paid a condolence visit to the Executive Chairman of the Council area Engr. Sheriff Adewale Musa FCPA and the family of late Pa Suarau Musa, who died on Thursday 14th of September, 2023 at the age of 83.
Her Excellency Engr. Noimot Salako Oyedele in her condolence message said that the Governor of Ogun State His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON sent his condolences to the Executive Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Engr. Sheriff Adewale Musa FCPA, the entire family of late Pa Suarau Musa, and the people of the council area over the irreparable loss. She described the deceased as a disciplined and forthright father as well as a family pillar who lived an exemplary life and remained a source of inspiration to his children until his death.
Furthermore, the Deputy Governor encouraged the children of the deceased to keep impacting humanity through the name of the late patriarch. She prayed Almighty Allah should forgive the deceased's shortcomings and reward his good deeds with Aljanat Firdaus.
The Council Boss in his response appreciated the Governor of Ogun State His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun CON for his condolence message to his family and the people of the Council area. He equally extended his appreciation to the Deputy Governor for taking her time to visit and condole him, the family of MUSA, and the people of Ado Odo/Ota Local Government area on the death of his father. He described the Deputy Governor as a quintessential personality who stood firm behind his administration and the betterment of the Council area. In his words " I, my family, and the people of Ado Odo Ota Local Government area truly appreciate your Excellency's visit, our prayer for you is to continue to glow because you are a true daughter and mother of this council area".
Late Pa Suarau Musa died in the late hours of Thursday 14th of September, 2023, and was buried according to Islamic rites on Friday 15th of September, 2023 at his Iju residence of the Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government area.
On the entourage of the Deputy Governor were the SSA to the office of the Deputy Governor Mr. Kola Salako, the Vice Chairman of the Council area Mrs. Saidat Olatunbosun Animashaun, the Leader of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Legislative Council Hon. Mrs. Bukola Balogun-Omosowon, the immediate past Transition Committee Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Alhaji Wasiu Lawal and host of others.
