Veteran Nollywood actor Fatai Adekunle Adatayo popularly known as Lalude in a recent video expresses utmost joy as he finally becomes a car owner in life.
Baba Lalude who has been in the Nigerian movie industry for over 3 decades and still counting was given the new car by his fans.
Note that Baba Lalude who was born in the late 50’s is known for his unique role: herbalist but can take any other role given to him by the movie producer or director. Inspite of his old age, Adekunle Adatayo still looks younger, upright and handsome.
According to the information making the rounds, popular Nigerian comedian Kamo State formerly called the Nepa Boys had earlier made a video where he appealed to the public to get a car for Actor Lalude.
The comedian donated N1million, however, another anonymous person donated N3M and other fans to contributed their parts.
At the end of the day, Baba Lalude is now the owner of a red-colored Toyota Camry (Muscle), and couldn’t hide his excitement.
The veteran actor in the video thanks everyone including Kamo State, the Anonymous, a blogger identified as, temilolasobola and others for their kind gesture.
Comedian Kamo State who is also celebrating his birthday today while sharing the video of the new car accompanied the post with the caption;
“Happy Birthday To Me! Last week I decided to get a car for baba Lalude so I called upon friends and family on Facebook to support me because I can’t do it alone…..with the great support of Nigerians & my good sis @temilolasobola who reposted the video and to everyone that bless and supported baba….he is grateful Baba Lalude Became A Car Owner Today My Birthday,let us always celebrate our legends when they are alive and healthy 🙏💯.”
