Unrest in Fagba,Ogba area of Lagos.....as TOOAN,Oluomo loyalist clash.
There has been serious unrest in the Fagba/ Ogba area of Lagos state as members of the Tricycle Owners And Operators Association TOOAN and loyalist of the newly appointed Chairman of the Lagos state Parks and garages management, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya Oluomo clash early this morning.
Our correspondenct who was on ground said dangerous weapons like cutlass, bottles and series of gunshots were heard at the scene of the crisis.
As at the time of filing this report,operatives of the Rapid Response Squad, (RRS) as well as military personnel were seen on ground.It was also reliably gathered that another set of boys were seen with various dangerous weapons around Ogba after the security operatives decided to patrol to other possible areas where the crisis could be ensuing.
A tricycle operator, Rasheed Olagunju,whose tricycle was burnt said the boys numbering over 50 moved his tricycle from where he packed it to the main road before setting it on fire.Another tricycle,whose operator was not available had its windshield broken.
